We at DuckRP Network are not liable or responsible for any third party trading or sales of packages on our site, we do not condone reselling of out products.
 

Billing

All information provided by you when registering must be correct. You can cancel the services that you have with us from your client area. If you do not cancel your PayPal subscription(s) upon canceling your service(s), any and all payments received will NOT be refunded.

DuckRP Network considers all chargebacks for services rendered, or partially rendered, to be fraudulent. We also consider all payments as a donation to our server(s) and/or community which cannot be refunded under any circumstances.


Use of Service

Use of service(s) provided by DuckRP Network to transmit or generate content deemed illicit in the United States of America could result in your services being terminated without refund.

DuckRP Network has the right to limit, revoke or suspend any player(s) access to its server(s) and/or service(s) at any time, with or without reason(s)/refund.

You also recognize our community's rules and/or guidelines and if at any given moment any server apart of DuckRP Network deems you've broken any rules of any sort, we reserve the right to permanently ban you from all DuckRP Network server(s) and/or service(s) with or without reason(s)/refund.

Due to the nature of all of the items that can be purchased through this store, we're not able to offer refunds as products are instantly activated

All payments are final and are not refundable. Please be sure you purchase the correct item and enter the correct Steam ID before you finalize your payment.


Violation of TOS

Any forms of breaking the terms of service (ToS) will result in that person or persons being permanently banned from all DuckRP Network server(s) and/or service(s) without refund.


Staff

All users and donators must listen to the staff of there own discrepancy or server disciplinary actions will be taken.


Hacking / Manipulation

Any form of hacking or manipulating of the server, website, or any of their databases without the consent of owners will be permamently banned and may recieve a fine.
